Creative Arts Industries Networking Event
Thursday 23rd October 2008 6 -9pm


The University of East London's Development and Alumnni Office, in liaison with the School of Architecture and the Visual Arts (AVA) and the School of Social Sciences, Media and Cultural Studies (SSMCS) will use the Great Purpose exhibition as a backdrop for UEL Alumni, staff, students and friends at the Mile End Arts Pavilion to celebrate and promote the Creative Arts  Industries on Thursday the 23rd of October 2008.

Speakers will include internationally acclaimed artists Richard Wilson and Faisal Abdu'Allah as key speakers along with Mark Hunter, Senior Lecturer and Programme Leader for Community Arts Practice; Karen Raney, editor of
engage international journal of visual art and gallery education; and UEL Associate Dean Andrew Blake.
